Before using your new Mini Espresso Machine for the first time, we recommend completing the following Priming process:
- Lift off the Water Tank and remove the orange cap inside.
- Fill the Water Tank with fresh, clean water and place it back on the base.
- Plug in the power cord to the outlet. Press the

button. The indicator light will illuminate and glow, showing it is preheating.
- When the light becomes solid, the machine has preheated and in STAND-BY MODE.
- Place a container under the Group Head and Steam Wand.
- Move the lever to the Hot Water position, water should eject from the Steam Wand.
- Turn the lever to OFF position when it’s only dispensing hot water.
- Press the DOPPIO shot button. Water should eject from the Group Head.
- Repeat this process 3 times.
- Hand wash all detachable parts before first use. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Do not submerge the machine. Wipe clean as needed.
- Descale regularly to maintain proper brewing.
